Today is a day to celebrate!

While I have not had Pumpkin Pie yet, I started the day with pumpkin pancakes.  Today we should celebrate with those around us, the season, and the upcoming year.

Happy National Pumpkin Day!

From the outside, a pumpkin is round in shape and most of the time orange.  I love all things pumpkin and it is a joy to celebrate this fabulous vegetable.  Pumpkin Pie, Pumpkin Latte, Pumpkin Ice Cream, muffins, cheesecake…  I could go on all day.  However, my favorite part of the pumpkin is the seeds.  YUM!  Who know that something so amazing had such a vast quantity of small gifts inside?  This remains true for us as well.  You have a vast quantity of gifts inside of you – small and big.  What do you have to share?
