However, let’s take a spin on today. Do you ever notice that in different situations, groups, or individuals you act differently? You do not act as yourself. You are not being authentically you. Well, how would life be if your were genuinely authentically you all of the time? Do you know people like this? Perhaps your stress would go down. You might walk into situations not preparing, but just being and let happen just happen because you are living in the now and experiencing every moment.
