Yesterday was Send a Card to a Friend Day.

Sorry for no post yesterday.  If you did not send a card to a friend yesterday, you still can.  You can send it today or tomorrow or the next day.  It is always nice to send a card.  One of my favorite ways to send a card is through tinyprints.com.  Super easy and cheap.  There are always nice discount codes out there as well.

Today is National Fly a Kite Day!

While I think it a little cold for me to do this activity… let’s take this day a different way.  Flying a kite is similar to you putting an idea out there for everyone to see.  IS there something you want to share with the world?  My goal is to make share everyone remember their power in choice.  We all can choose to have whatever kind of life we can imagine.

So, what kind of life do you want.  Today is the day to start casting the kite of your dreams!

Today is Christmas Card Day!

If you haven’t sent them out yet… get ’em done.  If you do not do Christmas cards, perhaps take sometime to send a nice note out to the ones you love.  Mail used to be one of the main components of our communication.  Now emails and texting have taken over.  However, doesn’t it feel great to receive snail mail?  So, share the feeling of love and send out some nice letters.  You’ll feel great!

Today there are a lot of holidays to celebrate: World Peace Day, Great American Smokeout Day, Homemade Bread Day, Electronic Greeting Card Day, and Take a Hike Day.

It’s a day to advocate peace, not smoke, enjoy some carbs, send a little love, and move a bit.  turntoday plans to do all of the aforementioned and encourage others to do the same.
