Today is National Bouillabaisse Day.
As Paula Dean would say, “It’s fish stew, y’all!” Here is a recipe from the Queen of Butter herself for Bouillabaisse: The Lady’s Bouillabaisse.
So, what is it exactly? Having it’s origin’s in Marseilles, France and found all over the Mediterranean, it seems as though bouillabaisse is simply seafood and flavors from the region all combined in one pot. Similar to the Stone Soup story, I bet there was a time where different people of the community or town would each bring some ingredients to contribute to the bouillabaisse.
We to can draw from this. How can you use your community or network to help you business/life/happiness/soup better? furthermore, what can you draw on from your life to make your own “soup” of life. Combine your talents… perhaps you find a new hobby, monetize it and make it a part-time job… or perhaps a new career.
